1 can (3.3 lbs) Muntons Wheat liquid malt extract
1 bottle (3.3 lbs) Midwest (Bries) Gold liquid malt extract
5 cups sugar

Hops:
50 minutes: 1 oz Czech Saaz pellets
55 minutes: 1 oz Cascade whole leaf

Yeast: Safbrew S-33 11.5 g
